Welcome to Church Farm Guest House. A dog friendly guest house in Shropshire

 Basil, our extremely friendly and lovable Staffordshire Bull Terrier

would like to welcome you and your dog to Church Farm Guest House.

We are happy to welcome well behaved dogs (with their well behaved adults!) into our home by prior arrangement only.  Church Farm is set in ¾ acre garden which Basil is most happy to share and play.  There are also many public footpaths leading out of Wrockwardine (and back again!) aswell as specific walks amongst the local countryside, only a few miles away – The Wrekin, Ironbridge and Attingham Park to name only a few.

Although we are not big on rules at Church Farm Guest House there are a few specific requests to bare in mind when bringing a pet with you to stay...

We charge £10 per stay to cover additional cleaning following a pets stay.  However well behaved the pet, there can always be accidents.  Credit or debit card details are kept on file should there be any unfortunate damage to the house by your dog.  Please advise us when you check out if your pet has damaged or soiled anything in the house, so that we can mutually agree payment for the damage.

Our dog Basil never runs out of the garden, however the garden is not ‘escape free’ therefore please escort your dog in the garden should it not be on a lead.  Should your dog mess in the garden, we would request that you put the mess in the black bin.  Bags can be provided. 

Please bring your dogs own bedding.  Towels are available on request – please ensure that your dog is as clean as possible (especially following a rambling walk!), before entering the house.

Dogs must not be left unattended in any room at any time, including the bedrooms.

We cannot allow dogs to enter the dining room, evening or breakfast. (unless you are the only guests staying that evening).

Although Church Farm Guest House openly welcomes pets, there are many people who still do not like dogs, therefore please try to keep your dog from bounding towards other guests unless the invitey or encourage interaction.
